Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") are entered into between you ("Member", "User", "you") and biz77 ("biz77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at biz77.vu. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" — the biz77 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated products and services operated at biz77.vu.
• "Account" — the individual, non-transferable member account created by a registered User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total monetary value of bets a Member must place before Bonus Balance converts to real-money Balance, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process biz77 applies to Member accounts before processing withdrawals or when triggered by risk-assessment procedures.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or biz77 policy.
• "Game Provider" — a third-party software studio (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) whose games are made available through the Platform.
• "Effective Date" — 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Agreement applies.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the biz77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. biz77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a natural person. Corporate registrations, registrations on behalf of third parties, and the use of nominee identities are prohibited.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, account suspension, or ban issued by biz77.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. biz77 makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any particular location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by biz77 or any of its affiliated Game Providers, without prior written consent from biz77.

Account Registration

To access real-money wagering services on the Platform, you must register a biz77 Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one active biz77 Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — will be suspended and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. biz77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify biz77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Currency: All Accounts on the biz77 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). biz77 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC)

biz77 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) framework in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before biz77 will process any withdrawal from a Member's Account, and may additionally be triggered at any point during your membership at biz77's discretion.

When requested, you must provide the following documentation within five (5) business days:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photographic identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Any document listed under Proof of Identity confirming your date of birth demonstrates age eligibility (21+).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or image confirming that the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to deposit belongs to the Account holder — for example, a bank statement header showing your name and account number with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, or BSI.
• Source of Funds: In cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence, biz77 may request supporting documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds deposited to the Platform.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. biz77 reserves the right to close an Account and return the deposited balance where satisfactory verification cannot be established.

Deposits & Withdrawals

biz77 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) with no currency-conversion charges applied by biz77.

6.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are accepted.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• biz77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your biz77 Balance upon confirmation of receipt. E-wallet deposits typically credit within 30 seconds; bank transfers may require up to 15 minutes during peak hours.

6.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering policy.
• KYC verification (Clause 5) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within five (5) minutes for verified accounts to BCA or BRI; up to two (2) business hours for other supported banks and e-wallets.
• biz77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000 or that are flagged by the Platform's fraud-detection systems.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside normal banking hours may be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.

6.3 Processing Times Summary

Bonuses & Promotions

biz77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot gacor (high-payout slots) and standard slot titles typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. • biz77 discretion: biz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the biz77 Platform are provided by licensed Game Providers and operate in accordance with the respective studio's independently certified rules and random number generator (RNG) systems. biz77 does not control the outcome of any game. The following general rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Game Provider's server. biz77 does not reverse confirmed game results.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in the biz77 interface and the result recorded by the Game Provider's server, the Game Provider's server log constitutes the authoritative record.
• Malfunctions in any game software — including disconnections, freezing, or display errors — void all affected bets. In such cases, biz77 will refund the wagered amount to the Member's Account Balance.
• Sportsbook bets on markets designated as "void" by the official governing body of the relevant competition (e.g., abandoned matches, walkover results) will be settled as void and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the biz77 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software (bots), scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets without human instruction on a bet-by-bet basis.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live dealer formats.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in the Member's own name.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any wagering strategy that has the primary purpose of extracting guaranteed profit from promotional offers rather than recreational play.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward biz77 staff or other players in any live game chat environment.

Responsible Gaming

biz77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out, regardless of game status.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of biz77.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, biz77 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Losses arising from your breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to losses resulting from account suspension or forfeiture of funds due to prohibited conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, biz77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds standing to the credit of your Account at the time the claim arises.

Privacy & Data

biz77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to biz77's collection, storage, use, and — where necessary for KYC and AML compliance — disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

biz77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform's servers. Stored personal data is subject to access controls, encryption at rest, and regular security audits. biz77 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third-party commercial entities.

Amendments

biz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, biz77 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice to Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Member rights) take effect upon publication without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request to [email protected] before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which biz77 holds its operating licence. biz77 operates as a licensed and regulated international online gambling operator.

You acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary across jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the biz77 Platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your location. biz77 targets the Indonesia market and provides services to users who access the Platform from Indonesia; however, biz77 does not make any representation that the Platform's services are lawful under Indonesian domestic law. By using the Platform, you accept sole legal responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between you and biz77 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
